FlashAndFurious.com is a French site but don’t let that put you off because you don’t need a word of French to use this site. The site itself is organised into 6 core categories (you can figure out the categories from the neat category images) and hosts a complete collection of around 2300+ free flash tattoos.
The quality of the tattoos is as good as you’re gonna get for a free site, so dig around because you maybe surprised at what you find. We can’t read french so can’t evaluate how useful the FAQ and the rest of the sections are. Overall a solid site and one to recommend to others.
