- They can mean what ever you want...I have the paw prints, as they go further up, I have a love sign, and past that the paw prints change into hand prints, that go pretty much....yeah...there..LOL!! My 'reasoning'...since the tattoo is higher on the thigh, if the guy was to see the paw prints, they represent the guy starting off as an animal, gets to a certain level when he reaches the love sign, and as the prints turn into hand prints it shows the evolution of an animal into someone that cares and respects where he is about to go...
